Thousand dollar referral reward is paid for transaction with more than four residential units, commercial properties, and business transactions only. For residential 1-4 unit properties, reward is paid to the actual customer consummating the transaction only.

Lowest mortgage rate guarantee paid with a proof of closing statement showing both lower rate and lower closing cost. Programs void where prohibited.
