First. We offer you $1,000 Cash Reward when you consult us first before consulting any other agent for buying or selling a property. Whether you decide to work with us or any other agent, we pay you a $1,000. Even after hiring us, at any point in time, if you think that you are not satisfied with our services, there is no pressure or obligation. You can simply cancel our agreement and go with any other agent and we'll still pay you a $1,000. This offer applies to any buyer or seller within the United States.

Second. We offer $1,000 Cash Reward for finding us a real estate buyer or a seller anywhere in the United States; although we prefer one in Napa County, Solano County, Yolo County, or Sacramento County in California.
